Vacuum Trailer S3: a compact and maneuverable vacuum trailer with a loading capacity of 3 m3. The trailer is designed to sweep and collect leaves, grass clippings, waste etc. The compact vacuum trailers are perfectly suited for use at smaller sites, for example at camp sites, city parks or event areas.
A powerful fan ensures enormous suction power and is mounted in a housing fitted with a replaceable lining. The fan is driven by a PTO drive shaft attached to the tractor. It requires an output of T35 – 70 HP (26 – 51 kW).
With the S3, you easily sweep fallen leaves, grass clippings and any kind of debris off the grass surface. Important, because if these remain on the grass, they can cause unsightly spots in the turf.Optionally, the compact vacuum trailers can be equipped with a wander hose . In this configuration, the machine is able to vacuum up material from hard-to-reach areas.
You can get started right away wherever you want, because the TRILO S3 now has a type approval for transport on public roads. And on top of that, the TRILO S3 has a new, sleeker look. The ventilated airflow can be optimally adjusted using the adjustable end of the dust hood. Also, you can now control the direction of the airflow at the rear.

Vacuum Trailer S4 has been specially developed for sweeping and collecting materials from grass areas. These materials can be grass clippings, but also verticutting residues, leaves or waste. It is important to remove these materials from your grass fields quickly before the grass suffocates and develops dead spots.
With TRILO vacuum trailers this is easily done and keeps you in control over the growth of your sod and the tidiness of your sports field, event area, golf course, park etc. A powerful fan provides enormous suction power and is mounted in a housing fitted with replaceable wear plates. TRILO vacuum trailers also allow you to continue working under very wet weather conditions.
When collecting grass clippings, they are blown with optimal spread into the load bed (4m3), ensuring the best possible fill. The fan is driven by a PTO drive shaft attached to the tractor and requires an output of 45 – 70 hp (33 – 51 kW). Medium-sized vacuum trailers are fitted with wide radial tyres with low ground pressure. The TRILO S4 now has type approval for transport on public roads for the whole of Europe.

Vacuum Trailer Large S8-S20 is a series of machines for great grass management. Excess grass clippings can choke the grass and cause damage. Failure to remove grass clippings can also cause thatch to build up between the grass blades. When this thatch layer becomes too dense, the roots of the grass can no longer absorb water, oxygen and (artificial) fertiliser properly. As a result, growth will stagnate. Therefore, removing the thatch layer is necessary for effective grass management.
Regular sweeping and collecting on grass areas has the added benefit of hardening and firmer the turf. TRILO vacuum trailers thus improve the quality of the turf. And, what is important for turf growers, is that with good turf management, they can harvest turf earlier.

Collecting Grass Clippings From Wide Areas
Vacuum Trailer Large wide-area S10W-S20W is a machine that was designed for maintenance of wide areas of grass. Excess grass clippings choke the grass and cause damage. Failing to remove grass clippings will also cause unwanted thatch build-up. A felt layer that is too dense is detrimental to the absorption of water, oxygen and fertilizers and fertilizers by the roots, causing growth to stagnate. These are unique vacuum trailers specially developed for the (wide-area) sweeping and collection of grass clippings from wide grass areas. In fact, when folded, they have a width of only 2.76 m.
