vacuum SWEEPER S3 The TRILO S3 is a compact and economical vacuum sweeper with a loading capacity of 3 m3 and large, air filled tyres for low soil pressure. The S3 is standard equipped with a brush hood, which brushes the mowed grass or leaves together for more efficient vacuuming. Optionally you can also equip the S3 with a mowing shaft, verticutting shaft or a combined shaft for simultaneously mowing and verticutting. The castor wheels are mounted in the heart of the shaft, ensuring that the sweeper follows the contours of the soil perfectly. This vacuum sweeper is suitable for tractors from 28 HP (20 kW) and is driven by a Walterscheid PTO shaft with wide angle and overrun clutch. vacuum SWEEPER Sg200 The TRILO SG200 is our smallest vacuum sweeper and suitable for sweeping, for instance, grass and leaves. This economical vacuum sweeper is especially practical in small spaces, such as sports fields, camp sites or cemeteries and can be used on small sized tractors from 25 HP (18 kW). The 600mm fan in a TRILO centrifugal pump is driven by a Walterscheid PTO shaft with shear bolt and overrun clutch. The lining in the fan house is replaceable for an extra-long lifespan. The flexible 1.3m wide, in towing direction mounted suction hood follows the contours of the soil perfectly thanks to the gauge wheels that are placed at the heart of the axle. The tailboard can be opened until fully upright for easy unloading. The SG200 is standard equipped with a 5m long wander hose with sturdy end pipe and a hand-grip to clean hard to reach areas. When you are not using the wander hose you can easily store it in the support bracket. MT210 VibeSpike-Aerator A spiker aerator behind the tractor. ​ When 3 x MT210 VibeSpike-Aerator heads for fairways are mounted at the MFrame 319, we get a spiker aerator behind the tractor. All heads are mechanically driven and can follow the undulations by their own. We can even make curves, if we like. ​ The MT210 VibeSpike-Aerator for Fairways is a heavy duty head with the following specifications: ​ SPECS The VibeSpike-Aerator uses the same innovative technology as the other spikers in the Maredo range. The rolling spike sections vibrate due to the driven central cam shaft. This vibration makes that the spikes are hammered in the soil, crack the soil and leave a nice clean hole when retracted. Easy depth adjustment by hand (no tools required). An adjustable support front roller and a solid roller on the rear of the head. Standard 3 mm (1/8″) thick spikes are mounted. The side to side spike spacing is 52 mm = 2. We punch about 320 holes per square meter. The main (cam)shafts are driven by double, heavy duty V-belts. GT424 VibeTine-Seeder A very quick and efficient Fescue overseeder. The Maredo GT424 VibeTine-Seeder is a very quick and efficient Fescue overseeder. The GT424 is perfect for overseeding greens, tees and surroundings. ​ Overseeding is important for cold season grasses. It should be done regularly to create a strong and healthy top layer. However, regular overseeding can be a time consuming operation. The Maredo GT 424 will change this. Because of the unique, clean and efficient way of overseeding with a triplex greensmower it will now be possible to overseed as fast and clean as no one has ever done before. ​ The Maredo GT424 VibeTine-Seeder will replace the existing GT414 VibeSpike-Seeder for Fescue. The GT424 is more accurate and produces more holes for the seed to germinate in. A completely new method of overseeding is used. Six tine sections with exchangeable different kinds of solid tines punch holes in the top turf layer. Right behind these small solid tines are seed funnels mounted which will drop the seed directly in the holes. A mounted brush will help to get all the seed into the holes. ​ With this new Vibe Tine method the amount of holes can be determined by the forward speed. The side-to-side hole distance is 29 mm (1-1/8″). The GT424 can also be used to plant all other kinds of granulars efficiently into your top turf layer. vacuum SWEEPER S4 The TRILO S4 vacuum sweeper is our S3`s big brother. The S4 also is a compact and economical vacuum sweeper with large, air filled tyres for low soil pressure. The difference is in the larger 4 m3 container and a bigger fan for more suction power. The S4 is equipped with a Ø 850 mm, 4 blade fan which is placed in a TRILO centrifugal pump with replaceable lining for extra-long life. MT200 Flex-Verticutter When 3 x MT200 Flex-Verticutter heads are mounted at the MFrame 319, we get a verticut machine behind the tractor. All heads are mechanically driven and can follow the undulations individually. We can even make curves. The machine can be used for a shallow cut (verticut) or a deeper cut (scarifying). ​ SPECS The MT200 Flex-Verticutter head for Behind the Tractor is a heavy duty head with the following specifications: Easy depth adjustment by hand (no tools required). At the front side a support roller, at the rear support wheels. Standard we have mounted carbide tipped 2 mm thick cutting blades. The standard disk spacing is 30 mm. The blades counter rotate against driving direction. This works more effective as the material is not dragged down into the slit but get’s lifted out by the blades. The blade rotation direction can be changed by turning over the gearboxes. The heads are driven by maintenance free drive chains positioned on the side of each head. The MT200 is a maintenance friendly machine. Maintenance includes; a once a year oil change of the gearboxes, greasing all ten lubrication points and cleaning with compressed air after each use.
