SB 2800 - SIEVE STAND
The REMAV sieve stand is the professional, inexpensive and simple effective solution for reducing your tipping and landfill costs.
With the sieve stand you can turn your stony soil or building rubble into a reusable good. It sifts excavated earth, building rubble, gravel, humus, soil, asphalt and much more.
Due to the compact dimensions of the system, the screen frame is easy to transport and can be loaded by wheel loaders with a bucket width of up to 2.70 m. Integrated forklift shoes and crane eyes ensure easy loading of the screen stand. The low loading height of just 2.10m also makes it possible to feed smaller wheel loaders.
The basic machine is designed as a single-decker, but can be expanded at any time for fine screening up to 6mm using retractable under-lid elements. This creates the option of separating the feed material into 3 fractions. The screening system is electrically driven and only requires 2KW/h.
With our direct sieve, the sieve covering can be changed in no time at all for sieving different grain sizes. To do this, simply pull out the tension frames in the screen stand and change the harps. Possible grain sizes are 4-50 mm for the lower deck. If you buy a flat deck screen, we usually deliver the upper deck with a hole thickness of 30-35mm and a covering of the lower deck with 16-18mm. If you, as a gala builder or landscape gardener, would like a different covering, we will be happy to supply it. This means you are ideally equipped for screening building rubble, humus, soil, wood chips and asphalt.
Compared to the Klöckner KS2015 and the Xava LS28, our flat deck screen offers the largest screening area of over 4.3 square meters and thus ensures the best throughput of your material. In contrast to the Xava LS28, we use rubber buffers to absorb the vibrations accordingly.
Depending on the type of construction site, the nature of the overburden also differs. With our screening machine you have control over what you want to filter out and how many individual screens the material has to go through. If you buy a screening system from us, you can easily expand it from a single-decker to a multi-decker. This means you can carry out several work steps at the same time and reach a result even faster.
